Smart.Apnoti.com

Filed under: Online Applications, wtf — Realest @ 10:34 am

I am watching stats in StatPress in dashboard and there it is. Bing.com is getting over msn.com , live.com , Yahoo.com….
I see in came from links the site called Smart.Apnoti.com
I clicked and what a saw is the:

NEXT BIG FUTURE

On Monday, August 3rd, 2009 at 10:00 AM (UTC)

smart.apnoti.com launches world’s first real-time search engine.

I see that claims “real-time” “best search engine” “smart engine” everywhere but that doesnt matter much.
What is interesting to me is how they get visits to their site.
They created a web bot crawler which of course is crawling the site, but on stats it says like my site was clicked from their site, so everyone wants to see their own link on other page.

And whoops there is no link there…. and I want that crawler too. !!!

Jacek Yerka studided graphics in school, but rejected his instructors’ repeated attempts to steer his work into more contemporary and abstract directions. Browser As Search Engine

Filed under: Articles, blogs — Realest @ 12:03 pm
chrome search field

chrome search field

Now it`s usual to type the search keyword in upper field, its easiest and fastest.
As i remember before, there was “I feel lucky” when i entered simple keyword, it toked me to destination.
Now it`s just search, which is good. (that was in firefox).

Now Google Chrome suggests keywords, it also looks in recent history plus recent bookmarks when you search immediately after typing.

Many people don’t know what’s a browser and they think it’s the same thing as a search engine.

And oh yeah Once Again: Get Firefox Or Google Chrome Or Opera

Remove MSN spam links

Filed under: Articles, How-To, Tips — Realest @ 11:01 am

I got few friends that are on my allow list in messenger and they suddenly started sending spam links.
It is logic that somebody got a Trojan / Virus or that the password is hacked.

The easiest solution is to change the password (seen on contact list). And see if links keeps coming…

I also searched on internet and what i hate the most are solutions like:
You have to install some MSN remover or messenger cleaner or other softwares, which is just more programs on your PC.

anyway here are useful links to help you clean up your PC…. yep also softwares

windows live (msn) messenger sending links to people on your contact list?

From: Cnet.com

“Drag and drop your taskbar buttons and system tray icons to instantly reorder them. No need to get all nervous when a program crashes or if you need to reboot; you can reorder your programs exactly as they were. Version 2.2 includes an option to rearrange your tray icons, Vista support, and doesn’t store settings in registry anymore.”

Anti that Gravity, Let me Levitate

Filed under: Imagination, documentaries — Realest @ 4:52 pm

I saw on the Discovery or National geographic channel, can`t remember now, it`s about Levitation.
First of people should not believe everything they say and show on that science programs, because the real literature is on the Internet.

anti-gravity

Here is one great documentary on Anti Gravity:

The Case for Antigravity

Anyway if i had a million dollars i would like to try levitate in the air, I would try to build the first commercial anti gravity place where people could try to fly and have fun….
more and more people think its possible.
Here is more from history on gravity:

Xtreme Mysteries - Coral Castle In Florida

VIDEO DESCRIPTION:
Edward Leedskalnin was born in Riga, Latvia on August 10th, 1887. When Ed was 26 years old, he was engaged to be married to his one true Love, Agnes Scuffs. Agnes was ten years younger than Ed; he affectionately referred to Agnes as his “Sweet Sixteen”. Agnes cancelled the wedding just one day before the ceremony. Heartbroken and deeply saddened by this tragic loss, Ed set out on a lifelong quest to create a monument to his lost love that has culminated into one of the world’s most remarkable accomplishments. Ed’s unusual creation is called the Coral Castle, (it was originally called “Rock Gate Park”). Ed without any outside assistance or large machinery single-handedly built the Coral Castle. He carved and sculpted over 1,100 tons of coral rock as a testimony to his lost love, Agnes

In the end i believe that AntiGravity already exists in governments, Potential is to big, so what the hell can they do with all this existing iron on 4 wheels and all other almost 60 years old technologies.
