This is certainly a timely comment...given the fact
that James van Praagh has written a successful TV
show called "Ghost Whisperer" for the actress Jennifer
Love Hewitt. Ms. Hewitt, btw, wanted to find out personal information about how to get a date.

But James van Praagh COULDN'T get that for her. So
what does the actress do? First, goes to an "intuitional Beauty Bar psychic". Who tells her
to "find love on the set" (aka "date the next guy
who asks"). Which turns out to be a foreigner...Then,
one year later, she's STILL not sure...so she then asks
ANOTHER "psychic" (a "palm reader") what to do. "Stay
with the guy" [NO REASON GIVEN]. In my book, that too
is a fraud...the public would have spotted this crap
a mile away.

James van Praagh must have SOME kind of ESP or psychic
ability...he is a master STORYTELLER with an amazing
track record of successful TV shows. But (as you said)
that other stuff he does...must certainly be NOT on
the level!

BTW, for the record...in the Seventies I'd hired the
REAL Dutch psychic (the late PETER HURKOS). He told
me things (over the phone) he CANNOT have known...and
was recommended by the Better Business Bureau. All
psychics are NOT fakes,thank goodness!
